Every class is shaped around who walks in. Our instructors with 10+ years of experience blend styles and intensity to serve the whole room, from first timers to seasoned practitioners.
MiddayBliss
Our noon class offered Monday through Friday. A flowing, breath linked session rooted in vinyasa designed to energize your midday and leave you grounded. All levels, all ages, walk in welcome.
Vinyasa V1
Evening vinyasa offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Breath linked movement building strength and flexibility. Perfect for beginners and intermediate students near Bressi Ranch, Vista, and San Marcos.
Vinyasa V1 V2
Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. A multi level vinyasa class that serves both beginners and advanced practitioners in the same session. Instructors offer progressions so everyone is challenged and welcomed.
Deep Stretch
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. A slower, restorative practice focused on deep flexibility, recovery, and release. Ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone seeking a gentler practice near San Marcos.

IS YOUR WARM YOGA STUDIO NEAR BRESSI RANCH?
Yes we're located at 1210 Keystone Way in Vista, a short drive from Bressi Ranch (Carlsbad) and San Marcos. One of the only studios in North County offering warm yoga, vinyasa, and gentle classes all in one place, at this price point.
DO YOU OFFER HEATED / WARM YOGA IN VISTA OR SAN MARCOS?
Yes. Our studio is fully equipped for warm and heated yoga. Temperature depends on the instructor for each session. Check our instructor profiles to find who runs warm classes.
IS VINYASA YOGA HERE GOOD FOR BEGINNERS?
Absolutely. Our vinyasa classes are all levels by design. Instructors offer modifications and progressions within every session beginners and advanced students share the same mat space.
DO YOU OFFER GENTLE YOGA NEAR SAN MARCOS?
Yes. Classes vary in intensity some lean gentle and restorative, others more dynamic. Instructors adapt to the group. Students aged 13+ are welcome with a parent or guardian present.
IS IT CHALLENGING ENOUGH FOR EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS?
Definitely. With 10+ years of teaching experience, our instructors know how to challenge advanced students while keeping the class inclusive. Expect real depth, technical cueing, and progressive sequences.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
Mon Fri: walk right in no advance sign-up needed. Weekend classes require advance online purchase. ClassPass users book through the app and check in at the front desk. All classes are 1 hour.
