  • 5:15 PM · 40-min Core, every Friday
  • 5:55 PM · 50-min class, right after Core

A balanced starter week with two bootcamp days for strength and two yoga days to move and recover. Adjust as you build up.

This is just a starting point. Mix in more bootcamp or yoga days as you get comfortable. Check the yoga schedule for exact class times, and use the survey to tell us which bootcamp times fit your week.

Balance It With Yoga

Bootcamps build strength, yoga keeps you mobile and recovered. We run MiddayBliss, Vinyasa, and Deep Stretch six days a week, with walk-ins welcome Monday through Friday.
