Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes — everyone on site must sign a waiver including spectators. Sign online here →
What does a day pass cost?
$24 general admission. $20 for military, fire, EMS, police, students, and youth 17 & under. Shoe rentals $5 extra.
Do I need experience to climb?
Not at all. Our bouldering walls are rope-free and our staff will walk you through everything when you arrive.
How do I book a birthday party?
Fill out the form above and select "Birthday Parties & Private Events" as your subject. We'll follow up to check availability.
Does insurance cover membership?
Many plans do. Ask at the front desk or visit our insurance page to check if yours qualifies.
How do I manage my membership?
Log in to your account via the member portal to update billing, freeze your membership, or make changes.
