Yoga Director at The Wall Climbing Gym, Brittany brings a decade of dedicated movement expertise. Since 2014, she has cultivated a seasoned background encompassing vinyasa yoga, sculpt, and reformer Pilates. She has taught well known brands including Prana and Raytheon. Her yoga journey began during college after no longer playing competitive sports, leading her to train with wellness expert Stacy McCarthy (200hr and 300hr certification) and complete an additional 100 hour mentorship with Spiritual Counselor Kristina Renee and Yoga Therapist Alana Barrey. Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from PLNU. Outside of yoga she mountain bikes, runs, and surfs.

Certified 200hr yoga instructor since 2023. Cameron has been practicing yoga for as long as he can remember. His favorite class focuses on deep breathing, long pose holds, and a nice balance between yin and vinyasa leading toward a relaxing savasana. Originally from Tucson, AZ, Cameron has lived many places and works as a chef when not on the mat. He loves painting, music, hiking, and the water and believes every new face has wisdom if you are willing to listen.

A passionate mother, yogi, and integrative nutrition wellness coach with a deep connection to nature and family. Aly blends her love for surfing, yoga, and creativity in a way that encourages flow and connection. Originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, she arrived in San Diego in 2007. Her 200hr YTT specializes in Vinyasa and she creates balanced, creative flows with groovy playlists that challenge while inviting students to embrace their own unique journey. Her mission centers on promoting inclusivity in the movement space.

Born and raised in Reggio Emilia, Italy, Federica now calls Carlsbad home. A yogi, mom, communication professor, writer, and self described child at heart. She started climbing 18+ years ago, and when she discovered yoga it brought a whole new life and a lot more flexibility to her climbing. Her classes blend mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and a healthy dose of compassion inviting students to meet themselves exactly where they are, whether that is on a mountaintop or just trying to touch their toes. Yoga, she believes, is about enjoying the journey and breathing through the wobbles.

Born and raised in Germany, Jana has been teaching yoga since 2021. In addition to yoga she is expanding her expertise in Reiki and Yoga Nidra. Her classes blend softness and strength with a flowy, fluid style. With a passion for creating a balanced experience, she guides students through sessions that support both relaxation and empowerment finding the sweet spot where you leave feeling both restored and energized.

A student for 16 years and a teacher for 4, Courtney completed her RYT 200hr in 2021. Her classes guide students into a state of flow where movement feels natural and intuitive while maintaining mindfulness and intention. She often incorporates breathwork and mini meditations to help students ground themselves and find inner stillness. Beyond the mat, Courtney loves spending time with family and friends, volunteering, traveling, and immersing herself in nature. She finds joy in peaceful hikes, a good book, and meaningful connections.

Kelley's yoga journey began in 2002, but it was in 2008 when diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis that she truly committed to yoga's therapeutic benefits. Through consistent practice she experienced firsthand how yoga eases joint pain, improves mobility, strengthens muscles, and provides lasting mental clarity. Today Kelley is stronger than ever, both mentally and physically. Certified as a 500 RYT in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Gentle Yoga, her teaching emphasizes body control, stability, strength building, and mindful breathing. Each class is a safe, non judgmental space where students achieve their fullest potential. In her spare time: the beach, traveling, gardening, reading, and family.

Tyler's non heated classes are fun, challenging, and individually tailored to suit all levels. Following Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment, his classes feature hip openers, heart openers, twists, and restorative postures you are sure to get a light sweat and a good stretch. He earned his first certification in 2010 at The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts from Anusara Certified Christy Burnette and an additional certificate from CorePower Yoga in 2012. Tyler is also a Men's Basketball and Volleyball Official for the NCAA and loves pickleball and travel in his spare time.

A firm believer that movement is better together, Julie spent years bringing friends and family to the studio and now guides others with the same enthusiasm. Taylor has been practicing yoga for as long as she can remember. She believes yoga is more than physical movement it is a way to deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us. She leans into Svadhyaya, one of the eight limbs of yoga (self study), and designs her classes around the elements she loves most: creativity, challenging poses, and breathwork. Expect high vibe, music driven flows that weave together breath, movement, and intention for an energizing and soulful experience. Off the mat, Taylor loves reading, swimming, and laughing. A lifelong learner and self-proclaimed forever student, she is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with her community.

That is why no two classes are ever the same and why our students keep coming back. Whether you find yourself in a warm vinyasa flow, a deep stretch, or a MiddayBliss session, you will be guided by someone who genuinely loves what they do.
