Class Descriptions

Traci’s Restorative Flow - Mondays at 12 (Level 2-3)

The perfect way to ease into a new week. A fusion of gentle breath work, restorative postures and dynamic movement to leave you feeling balanced, energized and relaxed.

Bri’s Power Hour - Mondays at 7 (Level 4)

A thoughtful sequence of dynamic movement, bringing together traditional Sun Salutations, stamina building standing postures and deep stretching. Come prepared to break a sweat because this class doesn’t let up till the final savasana!

Lauren’s Yinyasa - Tuesdays at 7 (Level 1-2)

A fusion class of both yin and vinyasa. Class begins with the yin, longer holds that gently stretch the connective tissues that surround the joints, ligaments, and fascia. There is an emphasis on breath and softening the muscles. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes which promotes relaxation and introspection. Followed by a mindfully sequenced gentle vinyasa flow including fluid movement, stretching, muscle work, and closing with a soothing shavasana.

Traci’s Vinyasa Flow - Wednesdays at 12 (Level 3-4)

A thoughtful sequence of dynamic movement with breath, including traditional Sun Salutations with variations, stamina building standing postures, deep stretching, and a full shavasana. Always shaped to fit the needs of those in class.

Summer’s Power Hour - Wednesdays at 7 (Level 4)

Ignite your inner fire through Fire Flow. Mindful sequencing accompanied with strategic breathing techniques providing you with tools to detox, sweat, and rejuvenate your physical, mental, and energetic bodies.

Lauren’s Vinyasa Flow - Thursdays at 7 (Level 3-4)

This practice is very dynamic and athletic; you'll be guided through a blend of sun salutations, standing, balancing and seated postures, core work, and inversions. Appropriate modifications and variations will be offered to meet all needs. Brittany's classes are kept lively with music and new and interesting postures; no two classes are the same! Come play!

Brittany’s Vinyasa Slow Flow - Fridays at 12 (Level 3)

A slower paced version of our typical Vinyasa flow, giving your body more time to adjust to the movements and align with your breath. There’s no better way to finish off the week!


Steve’s Boot Camp - Mondays at 6 (Level 5)

Learn the best from American Ninja Warrior athlete Stephen Seiver! This class is the real deal - learn to move your body in functional and purposeful ways, all the while putting in max effort. This class isn’t for the faint of heart, but provides plenty of variability for new athletes just getting going.

Sabrina’s Boot Camp - Wednesdays at 6 (Level 4)

If you’re looking for a sweaty, cardio focused, full-body workout, look no further. No matter your experience or fitness level, I am sure to add modifications to each exercise. Head on down Wednesday’s at 6pm to destress, move your body, and most importantly, have fun. Happy Sweating!
